In the style of Emily Webber’s Real-time Retrospective, I used this format to gather feedback during an internal workshop. Although we had to repeatedly remind the people to use the Feedback Wall, it worked pretty well actually. It’s a great way to collect feedback and it also gives the facilitators the ability to see whether their intuition matches the actual feedback on the wall.
What I like about Emily’s format, and what is probably the most valuable part of it, is that people actually provide a written feedback. But given the audience in the workshop, I decided to just ask for a “visual” feedback.
As you can see from the picture, we were pretty lucky…at least this time. Apart from a few outliers, people were very happy and there was no need to adjust the agenda. 🙂
